4. DATA PROCESSORS AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Your personal data can be shared with vendors, suppliers or other third parties, processing data on behalf of Hintly (data processors).

Hintly can transfer data to countries outside the EEA, when appropriate safeguards set out in GDPR, Chapter V, are in place, e.g. by the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. RETENTION PERIODS

We delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary to retain for the specified purposes in this privacy policy.

We do store some types of information for longer if we are obliged by law to do so, e.g., to comply with bookkeeping obligations (5 years).

You have the right to ask us to confirm if we are processing your personal data and to ask for access to your personal data. In case we process data about you that is incorrect, you have the right to ask us to correct your information. You also have the right to ask us to delete your information or restrict how we process your information and to object to our processing of your information.
